Ticketing & Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. However, due to the limited capacity and live nature of our immersive experience, we strictly enforce the following refund policy:

Cancellations (More than 24 Hours Notice): If you need to cancel, you must contact us at [email protected] more than 24 hours before your scheduled showtime to receive a full refund.

Late Arrivals: The lobby opens 15 minutes prior to your tour start time. Please arrive promptly. Latecomers will not be admitted, and no refunds will be issued.

No-Shows: If you fail to arrive for your scheduled showtime, your ticket is forfeited and no refunds will be issued.

Rule Violations: Guests who are asked to leave the production due to disruptive behavior or failure to follow the Tour Rules will not receive a refund.

Tour Advisories & Warnings
This is an immersive and intense sensory experience. Please review the following advisories carefully to ensure this production is suitable for you and your party:

Lighting Effects: Strobes, intense lighting, and moments of total darkness are used throughout the production. This may not be suitable for those with photosensitivity or epilepsy.

Intense Audio: Expect loud, intense sounds and music. Audio levels feature heavy bass and prolonged loud volume, similar to a live concert or haunted house.

Atmospheric Effects: We utilize non-toxic fog and haze. While entirely safe, it may not be suitable for guests with asthma or respiratory sensitivities.

Mature/Intense Themes: This show contains a dramatic parody of ritualistic actions, thematically inspired by pop culture and horror tropes. This subject matter is purely a work of fiction, but may not be suitable for all audiences.

Code of Conduct & Tour Rules
To ensure the safety of our performers and guests, all rules must be followed at all times.

Age Restriction: Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian when visiting.

Follow Your Guide: Your tour guide is your lifeline. Follow their directions immediately and at all times.

Stay With the Group: Do not wander off or get lost. It is vital to stay near your guide for the duration of the experience.

Keep Hands to Yourself: Refrain from touching the performers, other guests, props, artifacts, or set pieces.

Be Respectful: Disruptive behavior, harassment of staff or guests, or intentional interference with the performance will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal.

No Flash Photography: You may take photos, but for the safety of our team and other guests, all camera flashes must remain OFF.

Check-In: Proceed to the OddKnock lobby and look for the OddKnock logo. The lobby opens 15 minutes before your showtime.

Parking: Street parking is available on 26th Street and adjacent streets. The RiNo area can get quite busy, so please allow extra time to park and walk to the venue.

The Experience
Duration: The tour lasts approximately 60 minutes. Please plan to stay for the full duration; if you need to leave the tour early, you will not be re-admitted.

Standing & Walking: This is a standing experience that requires navigating multiple spaces. There is no seating. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Heels are strongly discouraged.
Accessibility: All areas traveled during the tour are fully wheelchair accessible.

Bags & Coats: Large bags and heavy coats are not permitted inside the performance space. A complimentary coat and bag check is provided, but space is limited, so please travel light if possible.
